Job summary

HHS Home Office is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to source and hire Registered Dietitians from the HHS Home Office. You will manage the full cycle from sourcing through interview, offer, and onboarding, building a strong pipeline of RD candidates and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume candidate outreach.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday, or similar recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem solver who enjoys developing new recruiting strategies.
• Outgoing personality and confidence engaging candidates by phone.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• RD/Healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required.

• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and sourcing results.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market feedback.
• Use Workday and other recruiting tools to manage candidate activity and recruitment processes.

RD / Healthcare Experience

Previous RD recruiting or healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required. A basic understanding of the Registered Dietitian profession is a plus. We are willing to train the right recruiter who is eager to learn.
