Job summary
Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Clinical Registered Dietitian to coordinate nutritional care for long term and sub-acute patients.
You will conduct nutrition assessments, participate in care plan meetings, educate patients and families, obtain food preferences, and provide ongoing support. A Bachelor's degree and familiarity with DOH regulations, EMR, MDS 3.0, and Microsoft Office are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or related field.
- Familiarity with DOH regulations/standards and MDS 3.0.
- Experience with electronic medical records and geriatric nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments.
