Job Description

We're looking to hire an experienced recruiter to help us find top-quality licensed mental health therapists to join our rapidly-growing team. Our Recruitment Team manages the full recruitment process, from marketing and outreach to applicant evaluation and hiring, working closely with our Operations and Clinical teams. You will be part of a highly-skilled, collaborative team shaping an innovative model of care. Your work will contribute to creating positive outcomes for clients and redefining mental health care delivery. The position offers a pay rate of $35-40/hr.

  • Recruits therapists committed to culturally responsive care and evidence-based behavioral health treatment.
  • Screens resumes, schedules interviews; works efficiently with different teams, serving as the primary point of contact for applicants and hiring managers.
  • Maintains thorough records of all applicant interactions and interview outcomes; prepares and shares weekly progress reports.
  • Uses data to identify recruitment priorities, network gaps, and opportunities for network enhancement.

Skills and Requirements
  • Experience with high-volume, fast-paced caseloads preferred.
  • Experience recruiting mental health professionals, including interns, associates, and licensed professionals.
  • Passionate about transforming behavioral health services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone presence; strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Eagerness to incorporate innovative techniques and technology, proficient with spreadsheets, email, and web interfaces.
  • Proven success in recruitment, striving for excellence and productivity.
  • Comfortable with new technology; familiarity with CRMs, Salesforce, ZenDesk is a plus.
  • Master of Social Work or other MA in mental health preferred; familiarity with evidence-based practices is advantageous.
