Alpheva is seeking a physician evaluator to remotely assess diagnostic reasoning, AI-generated assessments, and clinical documentation in de-identified patient scenarios. You will prioritize urgent conditions, reconcile conflicting findings, and clearly communicate uncertainty.

This project-based contract role requires active US licensure and board certification, with experienced clinical practice. Work is remote, with hours and scope dependent on project matching and deliverables.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with active US medical licensure.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or another relevant specialty.
• 7+ years of independent clinical practice and strong evidence-based medicine judgment.

• Apply current standards, methods, and risk considerations from healthcare & life sciences.
• Document errors, edge cases, and the reasoning behind an ideal response.

Evaluate diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, evidence interpretation, and clinical documentation in de-identified patient scenarios.

Review whether AI-generated assessments prioritize urgent conditions, reconcile conflicting findings, and distinguish established facts from clinical inference.

Identify missed diagnoses, unsafe recommendations, unsupported certainty, documentation gaps, and reasoning that does not match the patient presentation.

Provide concise reference answers that demonstrate evidence-based judgment, appropriate escalation, and clear communication of uncertainty.

Remote, project-based contract work. Scope and hours depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.
