We are looking for an experienced Clinical Quality Specialist to join our Network and Clinical Qualityteam. This role would be responsible for standardizing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of highquality care delivery within our network of Psychiatry providers. We are looking for someone who has an active clinical license and prescriptive authority and wants to bring their talents into a "for purpose" space. *This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments.
  • Implement corrective action plans in coordination with the broader QM team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance process efficiency.
  • Proactively train providers on quality standards and best practices.
  • Analyze Psychiatry-specific data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide communication support to network through Zendesk.
  • Meet with network providers when there is quality of care concerns.
  • Review medical records for QA when there are billing concerns.
  • Support new hires with training and acclimation to network.

About You

  • Minimum of Master’s Degree
  • Current clinical license to practice independently without supervision
  • Prescriptive Authority
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience working in QA highly preferred

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $100,000-$110,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
