Job Title: Clinical & Quality Program Manager

Department: Ambulatory Services

Location: Riedman Campus

Hours Per Week: 40

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Summary

The Clinical & Quality Program Manager-QSI coordinates activities of various Federal and State Quality programs to ensure goals are achieved within established priorities, timeframes, and budgets. Responsibilities include training, project coordination, process development, budget management, and supervision. The Program Manager collaborates with IS&T, Quality, Medical Informatics, Process Improvement, Clinical and Operational leaders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and report on clinical and technological components related to Quality Reporting programs.
  • Handle administrative activities for participation in quality programs.
  • Estimate financial impacts of program incentives and payments.
  • Develop and oversee program work plans, prioritize activities, and monitor expenditures.
  • Advise leaders on program goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure interdepartmental coordination for efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Develop communication materials and provide training to raise awareness.
  • Manage daily operations, lead meetings, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure policies comply with regulations and standards, and staff adherence.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments and with the community.
  • Manage expenses and invoices.
  • Coordinate meetings, set agendas, and document minutes.
  • Support leadership in operations, recruiting, and program development.

QSI Program Development, Reporting & Management

  • Manage clinical and technological components for external rating programs (e.g., USNWR, Health Grade, Leap Frog).
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and monitor expenditures.
  • Partner with communications and marketing for awareness campaigns.
  • Oversee daily operations and activities.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure policy compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and recommend enhancements for QSI applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of project-related, systems, or financial analysis experience preferred.
  • Three years of healthcare operations and leadership experience preferred.

Education & Licenses

Specify relevant certifications and licenses as necessary.

Physical Requirements

Pay Range

$65,000.00 - $97,500.00
