Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health related specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, design and maintain quality programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collect, analyze and report quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to review current practices and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide training and education on quality programs and monitor sustained improvement over time.
