Job summary

Blackstone Group is seeking a Quality Analyst to lead quality audits within the Clinical Governance vertical, upholding NABH standards and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on cultivating a culture of continuous improvement to support brand promises and operational excellence.

The analyst will drive end-to-end gap analyses, participate in audits, and work with multiple departments to enhance member safety, health outcomes, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality audits in healthcare or clinical governance.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance processes.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct End-to-End Gap Analysis across disciplines and devise compliant solutions.
• Ensure proactive quality inspections, execute SOPs and frequent auditing of quality criteria.
• Prepare audit reports, strategize corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish quality processes with clinic leadership and other departments.
• Identify and resolve gaps, provide feedback to Clinical Governance Head.
• Oversee all aspects of clinic quality assurance and certification.
• Train employees on quality and patient safety regularly.
• Review and revise policies with documented SOPs and protocols.
