$28.61/hr - $56.06/hr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team and external providers to ensure the integrity of quality assurance reviews
  • Maintain confidentiality as per company policies and regulations
  • Audit clinicians, providers, and facilities while adhering to State and Federal Rules
  • Gather and analyze data to support program monitoring and performance improvement initiatives
  • Prepare written audit reports and educate clinicians and providers on quality improvement regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Current and unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LAC, or LPCC)
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST

  • Experience collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting to various audiences
  • Experience working with providers in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
