Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy (BS, MS, DPT or PhD).
• California Physical Therapist license required at hire or applicant.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (AHA) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Design PT treatment programs in the specialty area and evaluate patients.
• Provide in-service education to staff and students.
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and physicians.
• Mentor students and staff in clinical expertise.
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely.
• Develop special classes or clinics for patient populations.
