Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. This role offers $65 hourly with consistent hours and opportunities to impact patient recovery.

You must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid physical therapy license in the appropriate state. The position welcomes therapists at all experience levels and emphasizes evidence-based practice and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid license in appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Experience with evidence-based practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
