Qualifications

• Entry-level or transitional DPT eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based PT treatment plans.
• Complete daily documentation (evaluation notes, billing, discharge summaries).
• Adhere to Illinois State Practice Act and professional standards.
• Collaborate with MWU clinics and institutes as needed.
• Provide clinical instruction and education to PT students.
• Participate in clinical research and mentor student projects.
