SOL PT, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, is expanding and seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist/Clinic Director in Concord, CA. You will lead a clinician‑led team, provide mentorship, and deliver patient-centered care with evidence‑based plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful team environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AGILE EMR.
• Mentor and lead teammates when appropriate.
