Qualifications

• Set clinical standards for psychological staff and assess the reliability and validity of testing measures.
• Examine test interpretations and prepare or review mental health reports that guide institutional decisions.
• Advise unit managers and specialized teams on treatment needs and participate in staff meetings to review inmate progress.
