Job summary

Qualifications

• One year as Licensed Psychologist Manager or two years as Licensed Psychologist with supervisory experience.
• Current license to practice psychology in PA or another state with acceptable licensure.
• PA licensure must be obtained within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct departmental work through goal setting and staff reviews.
• Perform psychological testing and interpret evaluations for treatment planning.
• Review performance, hire personnel, and manage staff productivity.
• Evaluate departmental effectiveness using established criteria and standards.
• Support growth through counseling and staff training.
• Serve as liaison with school programs and respond to referrals.
