Executive Mental Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to join our full-time, on-site team in skilled nursing facilities across California. You will deliver geriatric psychological services, assess and treat residents, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary staff to improve quality of life in real-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Medicare-eligible and able to credential/panel.
• Value evidence-based practice and geropsychology.
• Comfortable working with complex, aging populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide geriatric psychological services to medically complex patients.
• Maintain active caseload with clinical manager support.
• Collaborate with facility staff for care planning.
• Document care aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
• Deliver care by meeting residents where they reside in SNFs.
