Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology and Missouri licensure or license-eligible.
• Minimum 2 years providing clinical supervision to master’s- and/or doctoral-level trainees or interns.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with adults (18+) in community mental health or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trainees and coordinate practicum activities.
• Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, assessment and diagnosis.
• Conduct consultations and collaborate with the Training Director.
• Support onboarding and coordination of practicum students.
• Deliver educational presentations and mentorship to staff.
• Model high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care.
