Job summary

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Staff Psychologist to join the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) within GMH services. The role focuses on delivering evidence‑based psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments for veterans, with a strong emphasis on clinical documentation and coordinated care.

A licensed doctoral psychologist with APA/CPA/PCSAS training is required. The position offers full-time work at a VA medical center location with opportunities for EDRP

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in psychology from APA/CPA/PCSAS accredited program.
• Licensure as a psychologist in the U.S. state or territory.
• Board certification may be required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical psychology services to Veterans within the BHIP team.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapies and comprehensive assessments.
• Document clinical encounters and maintain licensure/credentialing requirements.
