Job summary

Voices for Voices seeks a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services at our Naples location. The role includes supervising documentation, ensuring evidence-based outcomes, and conducting initial psychosocial evaluations with DSM diagnoses and treatment planning.

You will deliver direct care, psychological therapies, and evaluations, and provide in-service training to staff, interns, and students.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology is required.
• Florida license or license-eligibile in Florida.
• CPI training and CPRHeart must be current within 90 days of hire.
• APA/CPA accredited doctoral internship; ABPP board eligible.

Responsibilities

• Complete and oversee therapist documentation and records for quality and completeness.
• Ensure all psychological treatment programs have evidence-based outcomes.
• Oversee initial psychosocial evaluations within first 2 sessions with DSM diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Provide direct care, therapies, and evaluations to patients.
• Provide in-service training to staff, interns, and students.
