Job summary

Istss in Naples, FL seeks a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Psychologist to provide direct psychological services and supervision. You will oversee evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality documentation and outcomes for pediatric and family therapy cases.

The role involves training staff, supervising interns, and coordinating care across the hospital network while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology required or license-eligible in Florida.
• Completion of CPI and CPR certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with individual, family therapy and pediatric psychology.
• Ability to supervise interns and students in clinical settings.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Complete and oversee therapist documentation and records for quality and completeness.
• Ensure evidence-based outcomes across treatment programs.
• Oversee initial psychosocial evaluations within two sessions with DSM diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, psychological therapies, and evaluations.
• Offer in-service training to staff, interns, and students.
• Supervise interns and students for treatment and assessment procedures.
• Review and complete ongoing progress notes for each visit and goals.
• Schedule patient appointments within 24 hours of assignment.
• Process outpatient charges promptly and keep organized records.
