• Develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate the specialty treatment program.
• Administer, score and interpret a wide variety of psych tests.
• Plan and perform individual and group psychotherapy regularly.
• Conduct interviews and crisis intervention sessions.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary unit to assess program needs and goals.
• Coordinate residential and nonresidential treatment programs and design individual treatment plans.
• Utilize behavior therapy, CBT, insight-oriented therapy, bio-feedback and crisis intervention.
