Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate the specialty treatment program and all activities within it.
• Administer, score and interpret a wide variety of psychological tests and procedures.
• Plan and perform individual and group psychotherapy on a regular schedule.
• Conduct interviews and crisis intervention sessions.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary unit team to develop, implement and assess program needs and goals.
• Develop, evaluate and coordinate residential and nonresidential treatment programs and design individual treatment plans.
