Job summary

Ladders is seeking a fully licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to deliver evidence-based care through telehealth and in-person sessions across the US. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support patients within a flexible care model designed to improve access and continuity.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, maintain meticulous documentation, and contribute to a collegial, patient-centered environment. Remote US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a psychologist in California (PsyD or PhD).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD, PhD) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychological care across both telehealth and in-person settings. The psychologist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support patients through a flexible care model designed to improve access and continuity. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team while maintaining strong documentation standards and contributing to a collegial, patient-centered environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $136,000 – $182,000 annually

Responsibilities
