Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Medicare-eligible (credentialing assistance provided).

• Autonomy with support, not micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychological services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations.
• Manage an active caseload with clinical manager and admin support.
• Collaborate with facility staff, offering consultation and in-services.
• Complete documentation aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
