Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Minimum 13 years of full-time postdoctoral work in clinical psychology.
• At least 3 years leading population-level public health efforts for mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise on population-wide health promotion and behavior change initiatives.
• Develop tools and messaging for evidence-based self-management of mental wellbeing.
• Assess government services promoting positive psychological functioning and identify best practices.
• Tailor messaging to optimize impact across communication channels.
• Produce reports, tools, briefs, and manuscripts aligned with PHCoE mission.
