Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with HSPP endorsement.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and reports.
• Ability to manage clinical work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and thorough assessments and evaluations for assigned clients.
• Supervise and train Psychometrists; review diagnoses and evaluations.
• Gather collateral documentation for comprehensive assessments.
• Complete diagnostic interviews and use screening tools as needed.
• Determine appropriate assessments and tests to utilize.
• Document evaluation reports within 15 business days of service.
• Provide diagnoses and care recommendations to caregivers.
• Use trauma-informed approaches in addressing patient behavior.
• Obtain patient consent during the evaluation process.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with billed services.
• Interact professionally with parents, school, medical staff, and others.
