Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our Autism and Neurodevelopmental Clinic. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based recommendations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental needs.

The role offers a Monday–Friday on-site schedule, relocation assistance, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current Missouri psychologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• At least one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology.
• Ability to communicate clinical findings clearly and compassionately.
• Strong collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ethical, individualized, and inclusive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based recommendations and interventions.
• Communicate evaluation results clearly to individuals, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to support clients.
• Provide clinical supervision and support for interns and staff as assigned.
