Job summary

Behavioral Framework in Arizona seeks a licensed Psychologist to conduct diagnostic evaluations for ages 1–21, interpret results, and provide treatment recommendations. The role involves delivering clinically excellent supervision to postdoctoral fellows and doctoral externs.

You will join an interdisciplinary clinical team, develop supervision plans, maintain documentation, and stay current with ethics and regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in clinical psychology required.
• State license or eligibility.
• 3 years clinical experience required (internships/externships/fellowships may count).
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Certification in good standing and appropriate licensure.
• Knowledge of the behavioral health industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1–21 using standardized assessments (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIDGAS-2, etc.).
• Interpret test results and deliver treatment recommendations to families.
• Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
