Behavioral Framework, a leading provider of ABA therapy for children with autism, seeks a Psychologist to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment recommendations for ages 1–21. You will supervise postdoctoral fellows, psychometricians, and externs within an interdisciplinary clinical team.

The role requires a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, state licensure or eligibility, and 3 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in clinical psychology is required.
• State license or eligibility is required.
• 3 years clinical experience in clinical psychology is preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools (ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIDGAS-2) for autism and differential diagnosis.
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment recommendations to families.
• Provide high-quality clinical services and reports.
• Participate in continuity of care and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
