Job summary

Another Light Counseling is a queer-affirmative, trauma-informed mental health practice seeking a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in psychological assessments and testing. This role offers onsite/remote/hybrid options to support diverse client populations.

You will administer, score, and interpret a broad range of tests, write detailed reports, and collaborate with therapists to inform treatment planning. RCIs licensure is preferable, with a strong emphasis on ethics and client care.

Qualifications

• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institute.
• RCI license (Preferable)
• Proven experience in administering, interpreting, and reporting psychological tests.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ethical practice.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations including queer and trauma-affected communities.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological assessments.
• Write comprehensive psychological reports with clinical insights and recommendations.
