Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks a Doctoral-level Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensed or eligible to join a pioneering Healthy Aging Initiative. This role blends behavioral health with preventive, cognitive, and lifestyle medicine to support aging patients across the spectrum.

The psychologist will lead interdisciplinary assessments, design interventions, and help build a scalable care model within a premier health system.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level psychologist with Montana state licensure or eligibility.
• Interest in developing new programs and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments as part of a team-based evaluation model.
• Develop behavioral modification strategies to support healthy lifestyle change.
• Provide individual follow-up care and group-based interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across geriatrics, nutrition, pharmacy, PT, and medicine.
• Contribute to development and growth of a new Healthy Aging program.
