Job summary

Istss is seeking Psychologists to join our clinical team in Washington (Spokane area). We offer a competitive compensation package with an uncapped earning potential and a W2 employed position.

Sign-on bonus and a cash-based incentive plan are included, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a 401K with 4% match. Positions are available on both part-time and full-time schedules; CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience with caring for adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Some psychological testing; most testing is referred to Psychometrists.
• Provide psychological services as part of a clinical team.
