Job summary

LifeStance Health in Federal Way, WA is seeking licensed psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our clinical team. We welcome in-office and hybrid schedules with Monday–Friday hours, no weekends, and flexible arrangements to support work–life balance.

Our compensation package features a competitive base of $125,000–$160,000, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive plan, 401(k) with 4% match, comprehensive benefits, malpractice insurance, and CEUs for professional development.
