Position Summary:

As a Clinical Psychologist at AZZ Medical Associates, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and ongoing support to patients with a variety of mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other behavioral health professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and mental health evaluations
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for holistic treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in EMR
• Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical training
• Comply with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and all state/federal regulations
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies

Qualifications:

• Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of New Jersey
• Experience in clinical assessment and therapy across diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards
• Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
