Job summary

Johns Hopkins Personalized Care is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our concierge (private pay) Personalized Psychiatry program at Green Spring Station in Lutherville, MD. This role delivers high-touch, relationship-based psychiatry with extended visit times for adults, adolescents and children.

The practice offers in-person and secure virtual visits, ongoing collaboration with Johns Hopkins providers, and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD licensed in Maryland.
• CPR certification.
• At least two years of supervised clinical experience.
• Comfortable in a concierge / private-pay model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, relationship-based psychiatric care to adults, adolescents and children.
• Deliver extended visit times in a concierge/private-pay setting.
• Collaborate with Johns Hopkins system providers for integrated care.

This is a unique opportunity to practice high-touch, relationship-based psychiatry with extended visit times, allowing you to deliver exceptional, individualized care to adults, adolescents, and children.

Location: Johns Hopkins Health System, Lutherville, MD. Category: Physicians. Schedule: Day Shift. Employment Type: Full Time.

• Personalized Care: Extended, unrushed visits for deeper patient connection

Requirements:

• PhD or PsyD licensed in Maryland (required)
• APA Board Certification
• CPR certification (required)
• At lest two years of supervised clinical experience
• Comfortable in a concierge / private-pay model
• Strong commitment to service excellence and responsiveness

Salary Range: Minimum $39.56/visit - Maximum $65.34/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
