Job summary

LifeStance Health in Washington seeks a licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D) to join our clinical team. The role serves adult and/or child/adolescent populations in a flexible, patient‑centered setting.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $125,000 to $160,000, a sign‑on bonus, a cash‑based incentive plan, 401K with 4% match, and both in‑office and hybrid work options. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; offices are in Federal Way with other area locations.

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D).
• Experience caring for adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Psychological testing available but not required.
