Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed psychologists in Washington to join our clinical team. We offer competitive compensation, a W2 employed position with a sign-on bonus, and a cash-based incentive program.

Ideal candidates are fully licensed in Washington (Ph.D. or Psy.D), experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, and capable of conducting testing, intake assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions. Both part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (Ph.D. or Psy.D).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Some Psychological testing; most testing will be referred to Psychometrists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and intake assessments for clients.
• Prepare and deliver feedback sessions and clinical reports to clients and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are:
