Job summary

Intellect is hiring a Clinical Provider to support clients on their mental health journeys through a telehealth platform. This freelance, remote role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while complementing your current work or private practice.

You will provide 1-on-1 telehealth and virtual CISP, treating a broad range of conditions and collaborating with an internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes. Fluency in English and Punjabi is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology or related field.
• Evidence-based approaches such as CBT, MI, DBT or SFBT preferred.
• Post-master’s clinical hours: minimum of 300 hours.
• Fluency in English and Punjabi required.
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching.
• Bonus: openness to occasional onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.
