Job summary

Intellect seeks a licensed Clinical Provider to support clients on their mental health journeys via our telehealth platform. This freelance, remote role offers complete scheduling flexibility within our global network of professionals.

You will deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with our internal clinical team, and work with diverse populations. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, active licenses, 300 post-master’s hours, and fluency in English plus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology is mandatory.
• Active licenses valid for the country of practice.
• Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support.
• Treat a broad range of mental health conditions using CBT or other evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve programs and outcomes.
• Support English-speaking clients and at least one local language (Urdu, Odia, or Punjabi).
• Remain compliant with license, scope, and professional standards.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support

• Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more

• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology

• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)

• License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice

• Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours

• Languages: Fluency in English and at least one of the following local languages: Urdu, Odia, or Punjabi

• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching

• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
