Ensures team creates team charter, tracks deliverables, creates timeline, identifies project members and provides guidance on resource requirements. 5. Establishes and monitors performance measures, quantitative data and feedback on key responsibilities, as well as measures of success for each improvement activity. 6. Analyzes data to support projects. 7.
