Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and be the primary sponsor contact for complex projects. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while effectively communicating expectations to stakeholders.

The role requires strong program management skills, financial acumen, and experience in regulated environments, with exposure to clinical development or related fields. Office-based with standard Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in NIS (Non-Interventional Studies) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally.
• Define delineation of responsibilities for regional leads or vendor leads as needed.
• Accountable for overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).
• Demonstrate financial stewardship by managing budget, out-of-scope activity, and timelines.
