Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Clinical Project Manager in General Medicine to lead end-to-end clinical projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role partners with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and investigators to oversee startup activities, project plans, budgets, and reporting, maintaining GCP/ICH/FDA compliance. Fully remote within the United States, strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or related healthcare field.
• 1–3 years of clinical trials experience in a CRO or pharma setting, preferably in project management.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Experience with medical imaging is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up activities by reviewing study requirements and developing plans.
• Define and manage project plans, timelines, staffing, and constraints.
• Establish reporting schedules and update leadership and sponsor reps.
• Communicate project information to internal teams, sites, and sponsors.
• Coordinate resources with department managers and ensure successful execution.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, contract amendments, and cost management.
• Ensure SOP compliance and partner with QA on deviations and clarifications.
• Train teams on SOPs and protocol requirements; communicate revisions.
