Job summary

Delta Healthcare Consulting seeks a Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical trials, manage a team of CTAs and Sr. CTAs, and ensure high-quality execution in quality, planning, and budget management.

You will coordinate external partners, proactively manage risks, and resolve challenges with a structured, hands-on approach to keep trials compliant with guidelines. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in clinical trials, with leadership

Qualifications

• A university degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical trials.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical trial alongside the CPM and manage a team of CTAs and Sr. CTAs.
• Ensure high-quality execution in terms of quality, planning and budget management.
• Coordinate external partners and manage risks to resolve challenges efficiently.

Job description

As Clinical Project Manager, you take the lead on the clinical trial and, together with your fellow CPM, manage a team of CTAs and Sr. CTAs. You ensure high-quality execution in terms of quality, planning and budget management, and you coordinate external partners efficiently. You think ahead proactively, manage risks and respond quickly to resolve challenges in a targeted way. With your structured, hands-on approach, you make sure the trial runs flawlessly in accordance with all applicable guidelines and regulations.

Profile

• You hold a university degree: Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, …
• You have at least 5 years of experience in clinical trials.
• Experience in leading teams is definitely a plus.
