Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of clinical project management experience.
• Experience supporting clinical trial vendors, including CROs and central labs.
• Knowledge of study timelines, enrollment forecasting and risk management.
• Experience managing Trial Master Files.
• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP, FDA, and EMA.
• Experience with CROs and vendor lifecycle management.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional clinical study teams through the trial lifecycle.
• Assist with study timeline development, tracking, and reporting for assigned trials.
• Help develop enrollment graphs and dashboards for decision making.
• Monitor project delivery metrics and drive corrective action when at risk.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of trials on time and within budget.
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Champion accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
