Canfield Scientific in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ, seeks a Clinical Project Associate to support designated clinical project teams, manage documentation, coordinate data and study shipments, and ensure timelines and quality.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 1 year of experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office, demonstrates strong time management and teamwork, and adapts to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

An ideal candidate for our Clinical Project Associate position is an individual who can prioritize and multitask, is experienced in windows-based computer applications, and possesses strong communication skills. The right individual will have strong time management skills and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Provide project management and operational support to designated clinical project team ensuring that quality, timelines, and project specifications are met
• Manage study documentation ensuring accuracy within the documentation while aiding in the preparation of supply shipments to study sites

The anticipated salary range for the position is $23.00-$28.00 per hour. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
