Job summary

Cook Medical in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Clinical Programs Specialist to support post-meeting follow-up, event planning, dashboards and presentations for Clinical Programs projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Clinical Programs, Marketing and company Functions, develop metrics, and assist with small projects while ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.

Qualified candidates typically hold a college degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience;

  • College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. internship), including but not limited to, medical education, training, project management, sales and/or marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Under close supervision, support stakeholders within Clinical Programs, the Division, Marketing and company Functions, in relation to various Clinical Programs projects, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Develop basic understanding of metrics used to monitor the success of Clinical Programs initiatives in collaboration with team and other stakeholders.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to supporting Clinical Programs and cross-functional groups.
  • Develop a basic understanding of Clinical Programs and the specialties supported.
  • Assist with managing small-scale projects in a timely manner for Clinical Programs through collaboration with divisional teams and company functions.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed to understand needs, gain feedback and support the overall business.
  • Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.

Overview

Remote-Based in the US

Will be responsible for supporting projects and initiatives, including post-meeting and project follow-up coordination with clinical programs and cross-functional teams, event planning, maintaining dashboards and creating presentations.

Qualifications

Essential Regional or Country RequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience

  • College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. internship), including but not limited to, medical education, training, project management, sales and/or marketing.

Knowledge and Skills and/or Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects, while working independently.
  • This role requires foundational literacy in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to explain these concepts simply, identify appropriate uses of AI in daily work, responsibly use approved AI tools for low-risk tasks, and consistently apply Cook Medical’s data privacy and responsible AI guidelines.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Work under general office environmental conditions
