Responsibilities

• Evaluates program effectiveness, analyzes results, and recommends actions.
• Coordinates clinical program activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
• Serves as main point of contact to facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Develops collaborative partnerships across teams and patients to streamline processes.
• Trains, develops, and empowers staff to perform their jobs.
• Develops program/department communications and may involve promotional materials.
• Prepares reports including financial statements for management or outside agencies.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Coordinates maintenance of established supply levels as needed.
• Adheres to University policies and safeguards assets.
