Job summary

The People Concern seeks a Clinical Program Manager to lead the clinical mental health services for adults in the 3001-Lancaster Interim Housing program. The role ensures high-quality service delivery and compliance with contract goals, while supervising staff and maintaining efficient operations.

Reporting to the Director of Mental Health Administration, the manager coordinates DMH contracts, ensures timely reporting, and maintains clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CA licenses (CSW/MFT/psychologist) preferred.
• Two years of post-graduate supervision experience preferred.
• Strong clinical review skills and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical mental health services for adults in interim housing.
• Ensure staff maintain contract goals, outcomes, and funder requirements.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff as licensed.
• Complete required reporting to funders per contract.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in agency records and Exym.
• Supervise clinicians and evaluate staff performance.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Coordinate with QA for audit preparedness and training.
• Monitor client rosters and service requests; manage data systems.
