What you will be doing as the Clinical Program Director:
- Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for assigned programs.
- Lead accreditation and licensing efforts in collaboration with the President, Vice President of Accreditation and Compliance, and Student Services, including self-studies, site preparation, annual reports, and Program Evaluation Plan (PEP) oversight.
- Ensure compliance with all accreditation, regulatory, and licensure requirements, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on policy development, curriculum design, personnel management, and budget oversight
- Create and sustain an environment that fosters teamwork, cooperation, and a collaborative approach across the program and the broader college system.
- Oversee the hiring, supervision, evaluation, and separation processes for Clinical Coordinator and adjunct faculty.
- Oversee the Clinical Coordinator’s selection of site preceptors (non-Company employees).
- Assess faculty development needs and support professional growth in administration, teaching, and leadership by facilitating individualized development plans for Clinical Coordinator, and adjunct faculty; and ensuring participation in required annual in-service (2) and professional growth (2).
- Direct efforts related to retention, promotion, and development of program personnel.
- Collaborate with the President and Finance leadership on annual budget planning for imaging programs, incorporating faculty and staff input.
- Maintain fiscal accountability and ensure efficient use of program resources.
- Oversee curriculum planning and delivery to meet institutional and program performance outcomes.
What you will need as the Clinical Program Director:
- Must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of full-time clinical experience in MRI medical imaging.
- Must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor in a program at a qualified institution. Online/hybrid education experience preferred.
- Must provide evidence of experience in instruction, curriculum design, student evaluation, academic advising, educational methods, and supervision of personnel.
- A minimum of two (2) years of full-time leadership/management experience (preferred).
- Management and leadership skills; organizational and research skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must possess current ARRT certification in radiography and MRI specialization.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited radiography and/or MRI program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interaction via face-to-face, text, email, and other forms of communication.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills required.
- Comfortable with teamwork and a high degree of accountability.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of learning principles.
- Effective time management skills and goal oriented.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office products.
