Position Overview

LCCA is recruiting a full-time Clinical Program Coordinator, also referred to as a Group Facilitator, to join our clinical services team. The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating group sessions that promote open discussion, problem-solving, and decision-making among participants. This role involves employing various strategies and techniques to maintain a productive and respectful group environment. Key skills required include:

• Proven experience as a Group Facilitator or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of group facilitation techniques and methods
